Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller are guaranteed to meet all contractual requirements and are specifically designed and constructed for their intended use. They must fulfill or surpass all defined performance metrics and tolerances. All goods will undergo rigorous testing as outlined in the contract and its appendices to confirm their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance standards.
Should any goods or parts thereof fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or conduct inspections and re-tests at no extra cost to the buyer. This must be done within a mutually agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be corrected, the buyer reserves the right to reject them, requiring the seller to replace them with compliant goods, all within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system compliant with the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. Additionally, products must meet the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months from operational commencement, whichever comes first. During this period, the supplier will replace any parts with manufacturing defects free of charge. In the event of pump malfunctions due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will offer prompt assistance. The warranty for any replaced parts is extended for one year.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
