Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must guarantee complete compliance with contractual requirements and be perfectly suited for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. The goods will undergo rigorous testing per the contract and its attachments to verify their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
If any goods or parts fail to meet contract provisions, the seller must rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This work must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer retains the right to reject them. In this scenario, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives to fulfill the contract requirements. All replacement work must be completed within the original contract delivery date.
The seller is required to implement an effective quality assurance system, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. All products must meet the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation, whichever is earlier. During this period, any issues arising from manufacturing quality will be addressed by the supplier with free part replacements. Should any pump malfunction due to reasons attributable to the buyer, the supplier will still provide prompt assistance. The supplier guarantees a one-year warranty period for replaced parts.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
