Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller will fully comply with contract requirements and be perfectly suited for their intended design and construction purposes. They will meet or exceed all performance benchmarks and tolerances. Each item will be rigorously tested to ensure adherence to technical specifications and performance data as outlined in the contract and its attachments.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract specifications, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no extra cost to the buyer, completing these actions within the mutually agreed timeframe. If remediation is impossible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring delivery within the originally agreed timeframe.
The seller will maintain a robust quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the standards set forth in the IS09000 series 2000 edition. Products will meet the stringent requirements of the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
Our comprehensive warranty covers 4 pumps for 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. Should any manufacturing defects arise, the supplier will replace parts at no cost. In the event of operational malfunctions due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. Additionally, any replaced parts will carry a warranty of one year.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
