Service Policy
The seller guarantees that all goods will fully adhere to contract specifications, ensuring they are designed and constructed for their intended use, and will meet or exceed all performance metrics. Each product will be rigorously tested to confirm compliance with technical specifications and performance data as per the contractual agreements.
Should any goods fail to meet contract specifications, the seller is obligated to rectify defects, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, completing all necessary work within the mutually agreed timeframe. In cases where defects cannot be rectified, the buyer can reject the goods, prompting the seller to replace them with compliant items, ensuring the new delivery date does not surpass the original contract deadline.
The seller commits to maintaining an effective quality assurance system in line with the ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, all products will adhere to the stringent requirements of the HSE management system standard, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever is earlier. Any manufacturing defects within this period will be addressed with free part replacements. Should malfunctions occur due to the buyer's actions, we will provide prompt assistance. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
