The products we provide are guaranteed to fully meet contract specifications and are designed for their intended use. They must meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances. All goods will be rigorously tested per contract stipulations to verify compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract requirements, the seller will promptly remedy the defects or retest the goods, free of charge, ensuring no additional costs to the buyer, all within the agreed timeframe. If defects cannot be resolved, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods.
