Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller must fully meet the contract requirements and be suitable for their intended design and construction use. They must meet or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances. The goods must undergo testing as stipulated in the contract and its annexes to confirm their capability and adherence to the technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods, or parts thereof, fail to comply with the contract, the seller must rectify the defect, inspect, and retest at no cost to the buyer, ensuring completion within the mutually agreed timeline. If remedial action fails, the buyer has the right to reject the goods, compelling the seller to replace them with suitable alternatives that fulfill the contract requirements. The replacement must adhere to the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller is required to maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, consistent with the IS09000 series 2000 edition. Products must comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from shipment date or 12 months after commencement of operation. Within this period, any manufacturing defects will prompt free part replacements. Should any issues arise due to buyer-related causes, the supplier will offer timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.
