Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully comply with the contract requirements and are suitable for their intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or surpass all performance values and tolerances. All goods will be tested according to contract specifications and attachments to verify their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods fail to meet contract specifications, the seller is obliged to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, ensuring completion within the mutually agreed timeframe. If rectification is not possible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring completion within the original delivery timeline.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system during the organizational process, adhering to the standards specified in the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition. All products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically OSHA 180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months from the start of operation. During this period, any issues stemming from manufacturing defects will be resolved with free part replacements. Should any pump malfunctions arise due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will offer timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
