The vertical motor is securely anchored to the motor seat with robust bolts, transmitting power directly to the pump through an elastic coupling, ensuring a seamless connection via the pump body, intermediate connection pipe, and pump frame.
The outlet pipe, along with the pipe flange and bolted connection, is ingeniously formed as a single entity and sturdily fixed on the bottom plate, with the entire pump expertly mounted on the container through this bottom plate. HYF type pump is ready for action.
Ensuring durability and strength, components like the motor base and pump frame are crafted from cast iron, while the bottom plate is made of resilient polypropylene, guaranteeing longevity and performance.
Designed for reliability, the pump's axial and radial forces, such as the water pressure generated during operation and the weight of the impeller and rotor, are brilliantly managed by a one-way bearing box strategically installed inside.
For smooth operation, thrust ball bearings, single row radial ball bearings, and sliding guide shafts work in harmony to ensure the pump's safe and efficient functioning. Bearings are lubricated with butter, enhancing performance; the guide bearing operates with precision.
Maintain optimal performance by ensuring the liquid being transported lubricates effectively. The liquid level must stay above the impeller's centerline during operation for best results.

Service Policy
Our commitment to quality demands that all products adhere strictly to contract specifications and are perfectly suited for their intended applications, both in design and functionality. They must meet or exceed every specified performance value and tolerance. Rigorous testing, as outlined in the contract and its attachments, ensures compliance with all technical specifications and performance data.
Should there be any non-conformance with the contract provisions, the seller is obliged to rectify the defect and/or conduct inspection and retesting of the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be completed within a mutually agreed timeframe. If rectification is not possible, the buyer is entitled to reject the goods. The seller must then provide replacement goods that fulfill the contract terms within the original delivery schedule.
The seller is required to implement a robust quality assurance system throughout the production process, aligned with the ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. Furthermore, the products must be in accordance with the HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
Each of our pumps comes with a warranty of 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation commencement. Should any manufacturing defects arise within this period, we pledge to replace parts at no cost. Moreover, we offer prompt support for any issues caused by buyer-related factors, with a guarantee that all replaced parts will have their own one-year warranty.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
