Service Policy

Rigorous testing is conducted as per the contract provisions and accompanying documents to demonstrate their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
In instances where goods or components do not adhere to contract stipulations, the seller is obligated to rectify any defects and conduct inspections and retesting free of charge, without financial constraints, completing the work within mutually agreed timelines. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. Consequently, the seller must either replace the rejected goods or substitute them with compliant alternatives within the agreed delivery timeframe, not exceeding the original contract schedule.

The warranty period for the 4 pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever is longer. Within this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be promptly addressed with free part replacements. In cases where pump malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier pledges to offer swift assistance. It is further guaranteed that replaced parts will have a warranty period of one year.
