Service Policy
All products supplied by the seller are guaranteed to fully adhere to contractual specifications and are designed for optimal functionality. Each item must surpass all stated performance metrics and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as stipulated by the contract and its annexes, will be conducted to ensure compliance with technical standards and performance benchmarks.
Should any product or component fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller is obligated to rectify the issue and conduct re-inspections and retests for the buyer without financial burden. This must be completed within the mutually agreed timeline. Failure to remedy the defect grants the buyer the right to reject the non-compliant goods, compelling the seller to provide suitable replacements within the originally specified delivery period.
The seller must maintain a robust quality assurance system compliant with ISO9000 series 2000 standards. Additionally, products must adhere to HSE management system criteria, specifically OSHA180001/HSE standards.
The warranty for the four pumps extends 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. Within this period, the supplier will replace any defective parts at no cost due to manufacturing flaws. Should any faults arise from the buyer's side, the supplier will still offer prompt assistance. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.
