Application range and product feature
The pressure on the shaft seal is expertly balanced using balance holes on secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal offers flexible options for soft packing, which can be either cooled or uncooled.
Additionally, various configurations of single and double end mechanical seals are available, including balanced types, to cater to specific operational needs.
Durable ball bearings accompanied by ample shaft diameters ensure smooth and reliable operation. Certain pump body specifications feature double screw shells to effectively balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, comprising the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms an integrated component, allowing for easy maintenance without removing the pump body from the pipeline, particularly when using an extended coupling.
During shaft usage, the motor does not need to be detached. The flange design is adaptable, supporting PN16 and PN25 standards based on material differences. It is also compatible with ANSI125 specifications.

Service Policy
The products provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully adhere to contract specifications, designed and constructed for their intended use. They must meet or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances. The goods will undergo rigorous testing as stipulated in the contract and its annexures to validate their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance standards.
Should the goods or any component fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost, ensuring completion within mutually agreed timelines. If remediation is impossible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In this scenario, the seller must promptly replace the rejected goods with alternatives that meet contractual requirements, ensuring that replacement occurs within the originally agreed delivery timeframe.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system in compliance with IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Products must also meet the stipulations of the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months from the start of operation, whichever comes first. During this warranty period, the supplier will replace any parts free of charge if manufacturing quality issues arise. Should any pump malfunctions occur due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The supplier guarantees a one-year warranty period for any replaced parts.
