Service Policy

Should any goods or parts fail to meet contractual standards, the seller must promptly remedy the defects, inspect, and retest free of charge. If unable to correct the issue, the buyer is entitled to reject the goods, and the seller must provide suitable replacements within the agreed delivery timeframe, ensuring no delays beyond the original contract date.
The seller is committed to an effective quality assurance system, aligned with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Products must also conform to HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo, ensuring safety and reliability.
Warranty: We offer an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or 12 months after operation for 4 pumps. Should any manufacturing defects arise, we will replace parts free of charge. For issues due to buyer's reasons, we provide timely support. Replaced parts are guaranteed for one year.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
