Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must rigorously adhere to the contract's specifications and be perfectly suited for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or surpass all performance metrics and tolerance levels. Each product will be thoroughly tested to confirm its capability and compliance with the technical specifications and performance standards outlined in the contract.
Should any product fail to meet contract requirements, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, and re-inspect and retest the product at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be done within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the defect cannot be corrected, the buyer may reject the product, and the seller must replace it with goods that meet the contract's standards, ensuring completion within the original delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain a robust quality assurance system throughout the production process, in line with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this timeframe, any manufacturing defects will be rectified with free replacement parts. If malfunctions due to buyer misuse occur, the supplier will promptly assist in resolving the issues. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one additional year.
