Application Spectrum and Distinguished Features
The shaft seal pressure is expertly balanced via balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. Options include soft packing, which can be cooled or not.
Additionally, the pump supports various configurations of single and double end mechanical seals, including the balanced type.
Durable ball bearings with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth operation. Some pump body specs include double screw shells to effectively balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, integrating the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a cohesive unit allowing for easy maintenance without pipeline removal (when using an extended coupling).
With the shaft in place, motor removal is unnecessary. The flange design accommodates PN16 and PN25 (depending on material differences) and is also compatible with ANSI125.

Comprehensive Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet contractual requirements and are designed and built for the intended use. These products will meet or exceed all performance benchmarks and tolerances. Rigorous testing as per contract provisions will showcase their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract specifications, the seller must promptly rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost. This must be performed within a mutually agreed timeframe. If rectification is not feasible, the buyer is entitled to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives, adhering to the original contract delivery schedule.

An 18-month warranty from the shipment date or a 12-month warranty post-operation is provided for the four pumps. During this warranty period, any manufacturing defects will be addressed with free part replacements. If malfunctions occur due to buyer-related issues, the supplier will offer timely assistance. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.
