Boasting an ideal service life, this pump can seamlessly replace any existing type of corrosion-resistant submersible pump. The HYF (FYS) model is distinguished by its elegant appearance, lightweight design, and remarkably smooth operation.
This pump offers unparalleled stability, minimal vibration, reduced noise levels, and user-friendly disassembly and assembly. With the pump body fully submerged in liquid, it eliminates the risk of shaft seal leakage, requires no bottom valve, and negates the need for liquid injection.

Engineered for precision, the suction port of the pump is aligned with the axis direction, while the outlet runs parallel to the axis, ensuring optimal flow and efficiency.
Designed for operational excellence, the pump exhibits a clockwise rotation as viewed from the suction port towards the motor section, enhancing performance and reliability.
The vertical motor is securely fastened to the motor seat using bolts, providing direct and efficient power transmission to the pump via a reliable elastic coupling, robust pump body, intermediate connection pipe, and sturdy pump frame.
The outlet pipe, coupled with the pipe flange and bolted connection, forms a unified entity that is firmly secured on the bottom plate. The entire pump assembly is strategically installed on the container through this bottom plate, ensuring stability and performance. With the HYF type pump, efficiency meets durability.
Crafted from premium materials, the major components outside of liquid contact, such as the motor base and pump frame, are manufactured from durable cast iron, while the bottom plate is expertly crafted from polypropylene for enhanced longevity.
The pump's performance is driven by the balance of axial and radial forces, including water pressure during operation and the weight of the impeller and rotor, all expertly managed by a one-way bearing box housed internally.
For optimal safety and performance, thrust ball bearings and single row radial ball bearings work in tandem with the sliding guide shaft, ensuring the pump operates smoothly and safely. Bearings are meticulously lubricated with butter, protecting components, while the guide bearing ensures operational integrity.
The liquid being transported also serves as a lubricant, necessitating that the liquid level remains higher than the centerline of the impeller during operation to safeguard efficiency and performance.

Should any part of the goods fail to meet contractual standards, we will rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. This will be executed within an agreed timeframe. If unresolved, the buyer may reject the items, prompting us to replace them with suitable alternatives, ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations within the original delivery timeline.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
