Comprehensive Service Policy
The products provided by the seller are meticulously engineered to fully conform to the contract's requirements and are perfectly suited for their intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or surpass all performance standards and tolerances. Every product undergoes rigorous testing as stipulated in the contract and its attachments to validate their capabilities and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should any product or part fail to comply with the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to promptly remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer, all without any financial burden on the buyer. This work must be completed within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties. If the defect cannot be remedied, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements, ensuring that the replacement work is completed within the originally agreed contract delivery date.
The seller is required to implement a robust quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the stringent standards of the IS09000 series 2000 edition. All products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
Each of the 4 pumps comes with a comprehensive warranty period of 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements by the supplier. For malfunctions due to buyer's actions, the supplier will still provide prompt support. Additionally, any replaced parts are guaranteed for one year, ensuring continuous reliability.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
