Application Range and Product Features
The shaft seal pressure is expertly balanced by strategically placed balance holes on secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal options include soft packing, which can be either cooled or non-cooled.
Additionally, various configurations of single and double-end mechanical seals are available, including balanced types, to accommodate specific requirements.
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure seamless operation. Certain pump body specifications feature double screw shells to effectively balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, encompassing components such as the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite unit that facilitates maintenance without removing the pump body from the pipeline, especially when using an extended coupling.
When utilizing the shaft, motor removal is unnecessary. The design includes flanges compatible with PN16 and PN25, depending on material variations, and also supports ANSI125 specifications.
Pressure ratings are available at either 125 pounds per square inch or 150 pounds per square inch for optimal operational flexibility.

Service Policy
The products provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully comply with the contract requirements, ensuring suitability for both design and construction purposes. They must meet or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances. The goods will be tested as per the contract provisions and attachments to confirm their capability and compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to comply with the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to correct the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer. This must be done within the agreed timeframe. If the defects remain unrectified, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide alternatives that meet contract requirements. Replacement must be completed within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system, aligned with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the products must adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
Each of the 4 pumps comes with an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or a 12-month warranty post-operation. Should any manufacturing issues arise during this period, the supplier will replace parts at no charge. If malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will also offer prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends to one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
