1. The Advanced Gear Pump is expertly engineered to handle a diverse array of oils, encompassing heavy oil, diesel, and lubricating oil. With the integration of premium copper gears, this pump is adept at transporting low boiling point liquids such as gasoline and benzene, ensuring optimal performance across various applications.
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit also specializes in crafting stainless steel gear pumps. These pumps are meticulously designed to facilitate the transportation of beverages and liquids that require corrosion resistance, providing a versatile and reliable solution to meet your specific needs.
2. It is important to note that this pump is not designed for use with hard particles or fibers. It is precisely tailored for viscosities ranging from 5 × 10-5 to 1.5 × 10 ³ m²/s. For optimal performance, the operating temperature should not exceed 70 ºC. If higher temperatures are essential,
please consider utilizing our high-temperature resistant gear pumps. These specialized pumps are engineered to efficiently transport liquids at elevated temperatures, accommodating needs up to 300 ºC.

1. This remarkable pump is a horizontal rotary marvel, meticulously constructed with a robust pump body, precision-engineered gears, a durable bearing seat, a reliable safety valve, and advanced sealing devices.
2. The pump body and bearing seat feature durable gray cast iron, while the gears are crafted from premium carbon steel. For unique user requirements, options include copper or stainless steel.

3. An innovative packing box on the bearing seat ensures critical axial sealing. Models such as 2CY100/3, 2CY120/3, 2CY150/3, and KCB-300~960 are expertly equipped.
Employing a skeleton sealing device, the bearing is a single-row radial ball bearing. KCB-18.3-83.3 models come with triple oil-resistant rubber rings and an intermediate lining.
Featuring a sophisticated retaining ring, sealing tightness is easily adjusted via dual nuts on the compression cover. Bearings use copper-based, oil-powdered technology. Moreover,
