Our Comprehensive Service Policy
The seller guarantees the goods will fully adhere to the contractual design and construction requirements, ensuring suitability for intended use; they must meet or surpass all specified performance metrics and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as outlined in the contract and its attachments, will verify the goods' capability and compliance with the technical specifications.
Should any goods fail to meet contractual standards, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, ensuring timely completion as mutually agreed. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer may reject them, compelling the seller to provide replacements that fulfill contractual commitments, within the originally stipulated delivery timeframe.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
