Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must fully adhere to the contract requirements, ensuring they are suitable for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all performance benchmarks and tolerances. The goods will be tested according to the contract provisions and its attachments to validate their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any components fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost.
