The innovative design features balance holes on secondary blades or impellers to effectively balance shaft seal pressure. Options for the shaft seal include soft packing, which can be cooled as needed.
For enhanced versatility, various single and double end mechanical seal structures are available, including balanced types for optimal functionality.
Engineered with durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter, the pump guarantees smooth, uninterrupted operation. Select specifications incorporate double screw shells to efficiently balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, incorporating the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms an integral composite component, allowing for straightforward maintenance of the pump body without pipeline removal, especially when an extended coupling is utilized.

Service Policy
The seller guarantees that the supplied goods will fully comply with contract requirements and are meticulously designed and constructed for their intended use. They will meet or exceed all specified performance metrics and tolerances, undergoing rigorous testing to confirm their capability and alignment with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any product fail to meet contract specifications, the seller is obliged to rectify defects and perform inspections and retesting at no additional cost, ensuring compliance in a timely manner. Should the goods be irreparable, the buyer may reject them, prompting the seller to provide suitable replacements within the agreed delivery timeframe.
An effective quality assurance system, in alignment with the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition, must be implemented by the seller. Additionally, the products should comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically OSHAS18001/HSE.
Each of the 4 pumps is covered by an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified by providing free parts replacement. Should any malfunction be due to buyer mishandling, timely assistance will still be provided. Replaced parts are guaranteed for an additional year.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
