Wide-Ranging Application and Product Features
The shaft seal's pressure is expertly balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be secured with either soft packing (cooled or non-cooled).
In addition, a variety of single and double end mechanical seals can be utilized, with balanced type options available.
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure seamless operation. Select pump body specifications are designed with double screw shells to balance radial forces effectively.
The bearing frame, inclusive of shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite unit allowing for pump body maintenance without pipeline removal (if using an extended coupling).
The motor remains in place during shaft usage. Flange designs feature PN16 and PN25 (material dependent), with applicability to ANSI125 standards.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with the contract requirements and be suitable for the intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances and be rigorously tested as per the contract and its attachments to prove their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller is obligated to correct the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no financial cost to the buyer, within the mutually agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods, in which case the seller must replace them with compliant items within the original contract delivery period.
The seller is required to implement an effective quality assurance system akin to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products must also adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
Our four pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified free of charge. Should any malfunction occur due to the buyer's actions, we will still provide timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
