The HCZ series standardized chemical pumps are designed to outperform, showcasing a performance range that encompasses all capabilities of the IH series. With unmatched efficiency, superior cavitation performance, and other exceptional indicators, it sets a new benchmark in the industry.
Engineered for seamless integration, the HCZ series can be effortlessly interchanged with the IH type pump, ensuring flexibility and convenience in various setups.

Application Range and Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is ingeniously balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be effectively sealed with soft packing, either cooled or uncooled.
Versatile single and double end mechanical seals can be implemented, including various balanced types for optimal performance.
Robust ball bearings with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and durable operation. Select pump body specifications feature double screw shells to balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite unit allowing for pump body maintenance without pipeline removal (with extended coupling).
Using the shaft does not necessitate motor removal. Designed with PN16 and PN25 flange options, it is also compatible with ANSI125.
Rated for Pounds per Square Inch: 125 or 150, ensuring operational flexibility.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller will fully adhere to contract specifications, ensuring they are ideal for the intended design and construction use. They must meet or surpass all performance standards and tolerances. The goods will undergo rigorous testing as outlined in the contract and its attachments, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and performance metrics.
Should any goods or their components fail to meet contract specifications, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, perform inspections, and retest the items for the buyer at no additional cost, adhering to the timeline mutually agreed upon. Should rectification prove impossible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such instances, the seller must replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring replacement within the originally stipulated delivery timeframe.
The seller will maintain a robust quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, aligning with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Products must also conform to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty for the 4 pumps spans 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will result in free part replacements by the supplier. In cases of pump malfunctions due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier commits to providing prompt support. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
