Application range and product features
The pressure on the shaft seal is balanced by balance holes on secondary blades or impellers. Sealing can be achieved with soft packing, which can be either cooled or not cooled.
Alternatively, various types of single and double-end mechanical seals can be utilized, including balanced type seals.
Durable ball bearings and a sufficient shaft diameter ensure smooth operation. Certain pump body specifications feature double screw shells to balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, including the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component, allowing for maintenance without removing the pump body from the pipeline when using an extended coupling.
With the shaft design, the motor does not need to be removed. Flange design options include PN16 and PN25, depending on the material. Additionally, it is compatible with ANSI 125 regulations.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully comply with contractual requirements and are specifically designed and constructed for the intended use. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances and undergo testing as stipulated in the contract to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods not comply with contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect or inspect and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. Our warranty period for the 4 pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements. In case of malfunctions due to the buyer's reasons, prompt assistance will be provided. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.
