Our products are guaranteed to fully comply with contract specifications and are designed to meet or exceed all performance criteria and tolerances. Each item undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets technical specifications and performance standards.
Should any part of the product fail to meet contract provisions, we will rectify the defect, inspect, and retest at no extra cost. If non-compliance persists, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods, and we will replace them within the agreed delivery timeframe.

Our pumps come with an 18-month warranty from shipment or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be remedied at no cost. For buyer-induced malfunctions, we provide prompt assistance. Replaced parts are warranted for an additional year.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
