Application range and product feature
The shaft seal pressure is expertly balanced by balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. Options for soft packing seals (cooled or non-cooled) are available.
A variety of single and double end mechanical seals can be utilized, including balanced types for specialized applications.
Durable ball bearings with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth operation. Select pump body specifications feature double screw shells for radial force balance.
The bearing frame, comprising the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite unit. This allows maintenance of the pump body without pipeline removal when using an extended coupling.
Shaft usage eliminates the need to remove the motor. The flange design supports PN16 and PN25, according to material differences, as well as ANSI125 standards.

Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must fully comply with contract requirements, ensuring they are fit for the intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance standards and tolerances. Each product must be rigorously tested as per contract provisions to confirm their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance criteria.
Should any product or part thereof fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the product for the buyer at no additional cost, completing the work within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the defect cannot be resolved, the buyer has the right to reject the non-compliant goods. The seller must then replace the rejected items or provide suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring delivery within the originally agreed contract date.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system aligned with IS09000 series 2000 edition standards throughout the organizational process. All products must also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation commencement. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will result in free part replacements by the supplier. In cases where pump malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will still provide prompt assistance. The warranty period for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.
