Comprehensive Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller must fully meet the contractual requirements, ensuring they are perfectly suited for the intended use in design and construction. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. The products must undergo rigorous testing as stipulated by the contract and its attachments to confirm their capability and compliance with the technical specifications and performance data.
If any part of the products does not comply with the contract terms, the seller is obliged to rectify the defects and/or conduct a thorough inspection and retesting of the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be completed within the agreed timeframe. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer holds the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements, ensuring the replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller is required to maintain an effective quality assurance system in line with the ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards throughout the organizational process. The supplied products must also adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the four pumps is set at 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operational commencement. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be rectified with free replacement parts by the supplier. Should any pump malfunctions arise due to buyer-related issues, the supplier commits to provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.
