The HCZ series standardized chemical pumps boast an impressive performance range, encompassing all capabilities of the IH series standardized chemical pumps. Notably, the efficiency, cavitation performance, and other critical indicators of the HCZ series surpass the IH series, setting a new benchmark in the industry.

Application Range and Product Features
The shaft seal pressure is expertly balanced by balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can utilize soft packing, with optional cooling.
Versatile in application, the pump can accommodate various structures of single and double end mechanical seals, including balanced types.
Durable ball bearings and adequate shaft diameter guarantee smooth operation. Select pump body specifications include double screw shells to balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite unit allowing maintenance without pipeline removal when using an extended coupling.
With the shaft in place, the motor remains intact. The flange design supports PN16 and PN25 materials and is compatible with ANSI 125 standards.

Our Service Policy
The delivered products must fully comply with contractual requirements and be suitable for their intended design and use. They must meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances. All goods shall undergo rigorous testing as per contract provisions to validate their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract specifications, the seller is required to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods free of charge and within an agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements within the originally specified delivery timeline.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system adhering to the ISO9000 series 2000 edition requirements. All products must comply with HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified with free parts replacement. If pump malfunctions occur due to buyer's actions, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty on replacement parts extends for one year.
