The HCZ series pumps offer an extensive performance range that encompasses all capabilities of the IH series standardized chemical pumps. Not only does it meet these standards, but it also surpasses them in efficiency, cavitation performance, and other critical metrics.
Designed with versatility in mind, the HCZ series pump is fully interchangeable with the IH type pump, allowing seamless integration and operation as a single unit with the IH type pump.

Service Policy
The seller guarantees that all goods meet the contract requirements, are designed and constructed for the intended use, and exceed all performance and tolerance specifications. Goods will be rigorously tested as per the contract to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance standards.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller must fix the defect and retest the goods for the buyer at no cost, adhering to the agreed timeline. If the defect cannot be remedied, the buyer may reject the goods, and the seller must replace the rejected items within the original delivery timeframe.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system in compliance with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Products must also meet the HSE management system requirements, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE standards.
The warranty period for the pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months from operation. Within this period, the supplier will replace any parts with manufacturing defects at no cost. If issues arise due to the buyer's use, the supplier will provide timely assistance. Replaced parts will have a one-year warranty.
