Service Policy
The seller guarantees that the goods supplied will be fully compliant with contract specifications, ensuring they are designed and constructed for optimal intended use. They must meet or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as detailed in the contract and its annexes, will confirm adherence to technical specifications and performance benchmarks.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with the contract, the seller is obligated to resolve the defect and conduct inspections and retesting at no additional cost to the buyer, ensuring completion within the agreed timeframe. If the issue remains unresolved, the buyer holds the right to reject the goods. The seller must then promptly replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives that meet contract criteria, within the initially agreed delivery schedule.
The seller is required to implement a robust quality assurance system adhering to the standards outlined in the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. All products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, namely OSHA180001/HSE, ensuring safety and excellence.
Offering peace of mind, the warranty for the 4 pumps extends to 18 months post-shipment or 12 months after operational commencement. Should any manufacturing quality concerns arise, the supplier will replace parts without charge. Additionally, if issues occur due to the buyer's actions, prompt assistance will be provided. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty period.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
