Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract standards, the seller will rectify defects, carry out inspections, and retest the products at no cost to the buyer, ensuring completion within the agreed timeframe. If unresolved, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods, prompting the seller to replace them with compliant alternatives, adhering strictly to the original delivery schedule.

Each of the 4 pumps boasts a warranty period of 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. During this time, should manufacturing defects arise, parts will be replaced free of charge. Furthermore, should any issues occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier promises swift and effective support, ensuring replaced parts carry a one-year guarantee.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
