Service Policy
The goods provided by us are guaranteed to fully align with the contract requirements, ensuring suitability for the intended design and construction. They must meet or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as stipulated by the contract and its annexes, is performed to affirm compliance with technical specifications and performance standards.
Should any goods or their parts fail to meet the contract stipulations, the seller is obliged to rectify the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods at no extra charge, adhering to the timelines agreed upon by both parties. If remediation or correction is unfeasible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must provide replacements that meet contractual requirements, ensuring replacement is completed within the originally designated delivery timeframe.
The seller is required to implement a robust quality assurance system equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the products must adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. Within this timeframe, any manufacturing defects will be addressed with free parts replacement. Should a malfunction arise due to buyer-related issues, the supplier will provide prompt support. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year from the replacement date.
