Service Policy
The products provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully comply with contract requirements and be suitable for their intended design and construction use. They must meet or surpass all performance values and tolerances. The products will be rigorously tested as per the contract and its attachments to demonstrate their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
If the products, or any part thereof, fail to meet the contract's provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods free of charge, without any financial restrictions. The work must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. Should the products be irremediable, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or supply suitable alternatives to meet contract requirements. All replacements must be completed within the original contract delivery date.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The provided products must also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free replacement parts. Should any pump malfunctions arise due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will offer prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
