Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must ensure full compliance with the contract requirements, being suitable for the intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. Each product will undergo rigorous testing to demonstrate adherence to technical specifications and performance data as outlined in the contract.
Should any product or part thereof fail to meet the contract requirements, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods free of charge, ensuring no financial burden on the buyer. The work must be completed within an agreed timeframe. Failing this, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, all within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must implement a robust quality assurance system that meets the same rigorous requirements as those specified in the ISO 9000 series (2000 edition). All products must also adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation, whichever is earlier. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be addressed by the supplier with free replacements. If the buyer causes pump malfunctions, the supplier will nevertheless provide prompt assistance. Additionally, any replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
