Service Policy
The products provided by the seller will fully comply with contract requirements, ensuring suitability for intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or surpass all specified performance values and tolerances. Each product will undergo rigorous testing as outlined in the contract and its attachments to confirm compliance with technical specifications and performance criteria.
If any product or part thereof fails to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the products for the buyer at no additional cost, within the agreed timeframe. Should the defect be irremediable, the buyer reserves the right to reject the product. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected item with one that meets the contractual requirements. All replacement activities must be completed within the original contractual delivery schedule.
The seller shall maintain an effective quality assurance protocol, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
A comprehensive warranty period of 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months post-operation is provided for the 4 pumps. Within this timeframe, any manufacturing defects will be addressed with free replacement parts. Should any malfunctions arise due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will offer prompt assistance. Replaced parts will carry a warranty period of one year.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
