Our Service Policy
The products supplied by us will absolutely conform to all contract specifications and are meticulously designed and constructed for their intended application. They will meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances. Rigorous testing will be conducted as per contract terms and attachments to verify compliance with technical specifications and performance standards.
Should any part of the product fail to meet contract conditions, we will remedy the defect and/or undertake inspection and retesting at no cost to the buyer, adhering to the agreed timeline. If rectification is impossible, the buyer holds the right to reject the goods, and we will replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives within the originally agreed delivery timeframe.
