Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with contract requirements, be fit for intended design and construction purposes, and meet or exceed all performance standards. The goods must undergo testing as stipulated in the contract and its attachments to validate their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract specifications, the seller must rectify the defect and conduct inspections and tests again at no additional cost. This must be done within the agreed timeframe. If the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. The seller must then replace the rejected goods with compliant ones within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must enforce a robust quality assurance system aligned with IS09000 series 2000 edition requirements. Additionally, the products must meet the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months from operation start, whichever is sooner. During this period, the supplier will replace any parts with manufacturing defects at no cost. If malfunctions due to buyer's reasons occur, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends to one year.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
