Comprehensive Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with the contract requirements and be suitable for their intended use in design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. The goods will be rigorously tested as specified in the contract and its attachments to ensure their capability and compliance with the technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods or parts fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller must promptly correct the defect and/or retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This must be completed within the time frame agreed upon by both parties. If the defect cannot be remedied, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements. This replacement must be completed within the delivery timeframe, which must not exceed the originally agreed contract delivery date.
The seller is required to implement an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process. This system must align with the requirements specified in the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. Additionally, the products provided must adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months from the date of operation. During this period, if any manufacturing quality issues arise, the supplier will replace the parts at no cost. In the event of pump malfunctions due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will promptly assist in resolving the issues. The warranty period for any replaced parts is guaranteed to be one year.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
