Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully comply with contract requirements and are designed for optimal performance; they must meet or exceed all specified performance metrics and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as outlined in the contract and its attachments, will be conducted to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract specifications, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no extra cost to the buyer, all within the agreed timeframe. If rectification is impossible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. The seller must then replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller will maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The provided products must also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacement. In cases of operational issues due to buyer's reasons, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
