Service Policy
The products provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully adhere to the contract requirements, ensuring their suitability for design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all performance standards and tolerances. Goods will be tested as per contract provisions to confirm compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
If any part of the goods fails to meet the contract's provisions, the seller is obliged to rectify the defect or re-inspect and retest the goods at no extra cost to the buyer. This must be completed within the agreed timeframe. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with ones that meet contract requirements, ensuring this is done within the originally agreed delivery timeline.
The seller will maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products must also comply with the HSE management system standard, namely 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps extends to 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation, whichever is earlier. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified at no cost to the buyer. If malfunctions arise due to buyer's usage, timely support will be provided. The warranty for replaced parts is one year.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
