Service Policy
All goods provided by the seller will fully adhere to contract specifications, ensuring they are apt for the intended design and application, meet or exceed performance standards, and are rigorously tested as per contractual provisions to validate their functionality and compliance with technical specifications.
Should any goods or parts fail to meet the contract requirements, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, completing the work within the mutually agreed timeframe. If rectification is not possible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods, whereupon the seller must replace them or provide suitable alternatives within the originally agreed delivery timeline.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system compliant with the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. Products must also meet the standards of the HSE management system, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty for the 4 pumps spans 18 months from shipment or 12 months from operational start. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified free of charge. In cases of operational issues due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will offer timely assistance. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.
