Service Policy
Our products are guaranteed to meet the precise requirements of the contract and are designed to perfectly fit the intended use. They will meet or exceed all performance benchmarks. Each product undergoes rigorous testing to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance standards.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract specifications, we will rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no extra cost, ensuring all work is completed within the agreed timeframe. If defects cannot be remedied, the buyer may reject the goods. In this scenario, we will replace the faulty items with suitable alternatives within the original contract's delivery period.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
