Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller will unconditionally meet the contract's design and construction requirements, ensuring suitability for the intended use; all performance values and tolerances will be met or exceeded. The goods will be rigorously tested according to the contract and its attachments to confirm compliance with the technical specifications and performance data.
If any part of the goods fails to meet the contract provisions, the seller will rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods free of charge, with no financial burden on the buyer, and will complete the work within the agreed timeline. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer may reject them, and the seller must replace or provide suitable alternatives to fulfill the contract requirements, all within the original contract delivery date.
The seller will implement a robust quality assurance system that adheres to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Products will also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months from the start of operation. During this time, should any manufacturing quality issues arise, the supplier will replace the parts at no cost. If pump malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
