Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with contract requirements and be suited for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. The goods must be tested according to the contract and its attachments to prove their capability and conformity to the technical specifications and performance data.
If the goods or any part thereof do not meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods for the buyer free of charge, without any financial constraints. This must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be remedied, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements. This replacement must be completed within the original contract delivery date.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system during the organizational process, equating to the standards specified in the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. The products must also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically OSHA 18001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will result in free part replacements by the supplier. If pump malfunctions occur due to the buyer's reasons, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty period for replaced parts is guaranteed to be one year.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
