Service Excellence Policy
The products provided by the seller will fully adhere to contract specifications, ensuring they are designed and constructed for their intended use. They will meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. Rigorous testing as per contract stipulations will demonstrate their capability and conformity with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any non-compliance with contract provisions arise, the seller is obligated to remedy defects, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, ensuring timely completion as agreed. If rectification is not possible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives, ensuring the replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery timeframe.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Products must also meet the HSE management system standard requirements, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps spans 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. Within this period, any manufacturing defects will result in free part replacement by the supplier. Should malfunctions occur due to buyer's mishandling, the supplier commits to providing prompt assistance. Replaced parts will carry a one-year warranty.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
