Comprehensive Service Policy
The products provided by the seller will fully meet the contract requirements and be perfectly suited for their intended use in design and construction. They will meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances, and will undergo rigorous testing as per the contract and its attachments to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods at no extra cost to the buyer, within the agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods, in which case the seller must replace the rejected items with goods that meet the contract requirements, ensuring the work is completed within the original delivery timeframe.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system aligned with IS09000 series 2000 standards. The products must also comply with HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipping date or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free parts replacement. If any malfunctions occur due to buyer-related issues, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. Replaced parts will have a warranty period of one year.
