Service Policy
The seller guarantees that the goods provided will fully comply with contractual requirements, ensuring they are designed and constructed to suit their intended purpose. The goods will meet or surpass all specified performance metrics and tolerances, undergoing rigorous testing as outlined in the contract and its attachments to confirm their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods, or components thereof, fail to meet contractual provisions, the seller is obligated to address and rectify the defect, including reinspection and retesting at no additional cost. This corrective action must be completed within the timeframe mutually agreed upon by both parties. If rectification is not feasible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such instances, the seller must provide replacements that meet contract requirements, ensuring the replacement is delivered within the originally stipulated contract delivery date.
The seller is required to implement a robust quality assurance system in alignment with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, all products must adhere to the HSE management system standards in compliance with 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty for the four pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever period is longer. During this warranty period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified by the supplier at no cost. In the event of malfunctions arising from the buyer's usage, the supplier commits to providing prompt assistance. The warranty for any replaced parts will be one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
