The products supplied by us are guaranteed to fully meet the contract's requirements and are designed and built for their intended use. They will meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. Each product undergoes rigorous testing as per the contract and its annexes to verify their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any product or component fail to meet contract requirements, we will correct the defect and conduct a thorough inspection and re-testing at no extra cost. This will be done within the mutually agreed timeframe. If we cannot remedy the issue, the buyer reserves the right to reject the product. In such a scenario, we will replace the rejected item with a suitable alternative that meets contractual standards. The replacement must be delivered within the original contract's stipulated timeframe.

The warranty for our 4 pumps extends to 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be resolved free of charge. Should any issues arise due to buyer's actions, we will also provide timely support. Replacement parts will carry a one-year warranty.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
