Application Range and Product Features
The shaft seal pressure is perfectly balanced by the balance holes on secondary blades or impellers, which can be sealed using soft packing (with or without cooling).
Additionally, various configurations of single and double end mechanical seals can be employed, including balanced types.
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure smooth, reliable operation. Certain pump body specifications feature double screw shells to balance radial forces.
The comprehensive bearing frame, incorporating the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component. This allows the pump body to be maintained without removal from the pipeline when using an extended coupling.
When utilizing the shaft, the motor remains in place. The flange design supports PN16 and PN25 standards (dependent on material differences) and is also compatible with ANSI125.
