Application Range and Product Features
The shaft seal pressure is expertly balanced by balance holes on secondary blades or impellers. Sealing options include soft packing, which can be either cooled or non-cooled for versatility.
Additionally, various configurations of single and double-end mechanical seals are available, with the option to use balanced types for specialized applications.
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and reliable operation. Select pump body specifications feature double screw shells to effectively balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite assembly. This design allows for pump body maintenance without pipeline removal when using an extended coupling.

Service Policy
The goods supplied by the seller must ensure full compliance with the contractual requirements and be suitable for their intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances, and be tested according to the contract provisions and attachments to demonstrate their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to comply with contract provisions, the seller must rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no extra cost, completing the work within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be corrected, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract's requirements. All replacement work must be completed within the delivery time, not exceeding the originally agreed contract delivery date.
The seller is required to implement an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition requirements. The supplied products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE standards.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date, or 12 months from the start of operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements. If pump malfunctions occur due to the buyer's reasons, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The supplier guarantees a one-year warranty period for any replaced parts.
